This slicer/striper/dicer can process products requiring a smooth and delicate cut – from soft fruits to hard and brittle
root vegetables, such as tomatoes and other vegetables – with superior quality and efficiency.
The ILC.2 can also be used for cooked meat and fish.
The large drum accommodates produce up to a maximum diameter of 220 mm.
Suitable for: carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes, beetroot, aubergines, turnips, parsnips, radishes, potatoes, chillies,
jalapeños, broccoli stalks, courgettes, cabbage, pumpkin, mango, papaya, guava, peaches, pineapples, melons, apples,
pears, strawberries, etc.
*CUTTING SIZES:
- Flat slices: thickness adjustable from 1.6 to 28 mm (1/16” – 1-1/8”).
- Wavy slices: from 3.2 mm to 25 mm (1/8'“ to 1”').
- Strips (with circular blades): from 2.5 to 76 mm (1/10” – 3”).
- Strips (with cross-cut blades): from 4 mm to 64 mm (5/32'“ to 2-1/2”')
- Cubes (with flat-cut blades): 3 mm to 64 mm (1/8” – 2-1/2”).
- Cubes (with wavy-cut blades): 7.1 mm to 16 mm (9/32” – 5/8”).
- CAPACITIES: between 1,000 kg and 10,000 kg/h, depending on slice thickness and product shape.
